Yes. iBidan provides postnatal care for both vaginal delivery and C-section mothers.

For C-section mothers, the care approach will be adjusted according to your recovery stage and wound comfort. Our Bidan will avoid unnecessary pressure around the surgical area and provide a gentler care approach where required.

If you experience worsening wound pain, redness, swelling, discharge, bleeding, fever, or have been advised by your doctor to avoid massage, please seek medical advice before starting.

Postnatal Recovery does not necessarily end when confinement ends.

Some mothers may still experience body discomfort, abdominal weakness, back or waist discomfort, pelvic concerns, fatigue, or difficulty returning to their usual activities several months after delivery.

iBidan offers Postnatal Recovery programmes for mothers 2–6 months postpartum who would like more structured recovery support.
