iBidan Showcases Women Care Workforce During Royal Visit at Jelajah Wanita Berdaya Tahan 2026
iBidan was honoured to be part of Jelajah Wanita Berdaya Tahan Negeri Selangor 2026 — Zon Gombak, organised by Wanita Berdaya Selangor, where iBidan showcased its Women Care Workforce initiative during the royal visit and introduced its 10-Minute Seated Shoulder Care experience to visitors.
iBidan was honoured to be part of Jelajah Wanita Berdaya Tahan Negeri Selangor 2026 — Zon Gombak, organised by Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS).
It was a meaningful moment for iBidan to welcome DYMM Tengku Permaisuri Selangor, Tengku Permaisuri Hajah Norashikin to the iBidan booth during the programme.
During the royal visit, iBidan Founder, Dr Shannon Eu, had the opportunity to share iBidan’s journey and our ongoing effort in building a Women Care Workforce — connecting women’s care skills with training, work opportunities and income generation.
The iBidan booth also introduced visitors to our 10-Minute Seated Shoulder Care experience, provided by iBidan Bidans. The response was highly encouraging, with many visitors coming forward to experience the service and several inviting their colleagues and friends to try it as well.
For iBidan, this reflects the value of connecting women’s care skills with real opportunities.
When women’s care skills are supported through structured training, a trusted platform and real service demand, women can continue contributing meaningful value to the community while generating income for themselves and their families.
iBidan was also pleased to engage with YB Puan Anfaal Saari, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Women’s Development and Social Welfare, together with Puan Siti Faridah Abdul Samad, Chief Executive Officer of Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS), and the wider WBS team.
iBidan would like to express our sincere appreciation to Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS) for providing this meaningful platform.
We would also like to thank all iBidan Bidans who represented iBidan with professionalism, skill and dedication throughout the programme.
This was more than an event.
It was another step towards bringing women’s care skills to a wider platform.
iBidan — Traditional Care. Modern Impact.
