On 7 September 2026, iBidan was honoured to meet with Puan Siti Faridah, Chief Executive Officer of Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS), together with the WBS leadership and team for a strategic engagement on the evolving role of Pregnancy & Postpartum Care within the broader Care Economy.
During the session, iBidan shared its experience and ongoing efforts in developing a more structured and sustainable care ecosystem supporting women, mothers and the Bidan workforce.
The engagement provided an opportunity for both organisations to exchange perspectives on the development of Pregnancy & Postpartum Care and the importance of strengthening the care ecosystem through professionalisation, structured service delivery and sustainable workforce development.
