Non-Refundable Fee
For cancellations or package downgrades:

Packages with Product Kit

Before product kit delivery: 15% of the cancelled or downgraded portion of the package.
After product kit delivery: 30% of the cancelled or downgraded portion of the package.

Packages without Product Kit:

Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times.

Outstanding Payment

After completing the first day of treatment, please complete the full payment using bank transfer. Please screenshot receipt to our staff.
