Non-Refundable Fee
For cancellations or package downgrades:

Packages with Product Kit

Before product kit delivery: 15% of the cancelled or downgraded portion of the package.
After product kit delivery: 30% of the cancelled or downgraded portion of the package.

Packages without Product Kit:

15% of the cancelled or downgraded portion, or RM50, whichever is higher.

Service Area Surcharge

Additional charges may apply for service locations outside our standard service coverage area. Any applicable surcharge is not included in the price stated above. Please check with our Customer Service team before proceeding with your booking confirmation to confirm whether an additional charge applies.

Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times.

Outstanding Payment

After completing the first day of treatment, if there is any outstanding balance, please complete the full payment using bank transfer. Please screenshot receipt to our staff.

Bed Policy

iBidan does not provide a bed for treatment. To help protect the customer’s bed from oil, herbs, or other treatment materials, the Bidan will use a disposable protective cover or cloth cover during the treatment.
